Our Harleys

Since I finally filled out my profile and mentioned our Harleys, thought I would put up some scrap pages I did a month or so ago of our Harleys..The first one shows all our Harleys over the years, The second one is my Hubby with his Harleys over the years, and the last one shows me this last summer coming home from Drag races in Michigan with a slick I just had to have.....I was going to make a flower pot out of it until the driver said If we could get it on my harley he would sign it. Gee, now that is is signed it becomes an end table!!!

New tut result

I had to share this one. I belong to an online group where we get tutorial assignments every week. 2 are from the moderator; and one is from the past "member of the week" pick. I did this one from the MOW pick tut that can be found here This is a picture of our Pom Chante. He was my Mom's dog and is spoiled rotten. He truly thinks he is a BIG dog....until our 100 lb. Lab Boo comes running through, then Chante gets out of the way QUICK!! As my hubby always says, "Tonnage rules!" Of course, he is referring to motorcycles vs cars, trucks and such. Anyway, I got a kick out of doing this pic. Information about the group I belong to can be found here . Pam is a GREAT teacher, and she has tuts for not only photoshop, but also for psp, and DAZ studio. You can just do her tuts or join one of her groups. I know when I first joined, I had almost no knowledge of Photoshop CS; and after approx. 6 months, there's still LOADS I don't know, but I'm not afraid to try anything with it!!

Time to get started here!

It's high time I started something with this blog. I know I'm not going to be much of a talkative blogger, but I do want somewhere I can post my photoshop work for family & friends. I also want to be able to look back and see how far I have come in my quest to learn photoshop, digital scrapbooking, and further my photography. So.....here goes!

Here is one of my very first scrap pages, done right after my dear Mother passed away. It is a page of her and my Dad: a picture right after they were married, and one about 15 years ago.
This was done with a quick page, I'm sorry I can't give credit to the creator of the quick page. I will search for it; (got it saved somewhere!) At the time I was just so tickled to be able to do it, I couldn't in PSCS2 because I didn't understand layers yet. I did it in Image pro.
